In 1983, we moved the preparation of our products to new premises with a modern, latest generation ice cream making preparation area which had the first pasteurising plant designed for a traditional ice cream manufacturer.

The search for the very best quality led us to transform the preparation area with the aim of having a modern production unit, with the latest manufacturing and quality control technologies, endorsed by the European Union.
