QUALITY CONTROL

Once the manufacturing process has been finished, the ice cream is subjected to a rigorous quality control to guarantee that it reaches the end consumer with the greatest guarantees of hygiene and with all its organoleptic properties unaltered.
This is possible thanks to the fact that our preparation area has the latest technologies in manufacturing and control processes, technologies which, approved by the EEC and the HACCP regulation, guarantee the verification of the production process at all the critical points.
Our next objective is to be granted the ISO 9000 quality certification.
